Construction of a BRIDGE from Endwell to Vestal to eliminate the heavy traffic and accidents.
Involving and embracing our biggest asset the BU STUDENTS to participate and benefit of Vestal.
Bring MUNICIPAL UTILITY rates to our town.
Vestal MEETINGS changed to 7:00 PM, allowing working residents to FREE SPEECH.
INCENTIVES for CREATIVITY, to our employees saving $$$$ on our Budgets.
Giving ACCESS on LINE-WEB to follow WATER BILLS records on paid/unpaid accounts.
TAX LOOK-UP access ON-LINE to all resident's accounts.
Comptroller's AUDITS, showing the Financial Budgets shortages.
I am fully qualified to take Vestal into the future: because of my BU EDUCATION, a triple major in
French, Italian, Spanish and a Masters degree, with a Teaching Certification. I was a BUSINESS Owner in Endicott, and Published a book titled " ESCAPE FROM BEHIND THE IRON CURTAIN "
Married to Sharon with two adult successful children and have become the joy of grandfather-hood.

Vestal Taxes / Reckless Spending WRITE-IN FILIP FOR VESTAL SUPERVISOR
We are facing another Budget tax increase, in light of our property assessment which did not follow
the New York State Guidelines, nor adjust with the economy decrease of home values by 30%. Is against Governor Cuomo's recommendation, the 2% CAP. See last year water, now the sewage rate increase, TV cable, etc.
How do we justify the continuous hiring of more people, (family, relatives, friends) so that our payroll, has not only doubled, but tripled by now, and is out of control. Each hire gets BENEFITS, medical insurance, personal days, retirement, vaccines, tests and annual salary increases. How many of us get those benefits?
I call this reckless spending! As the expenses, exceed the revenues, we have no choice but to borrow. Vestal Board has bonded over $25 MILLIONS, the future of our children, with no payback schedule in site. When the interest rates will increase, you better be ready for a Default, Bankruptcy and all the facing problems.
CANDLE HOUSE, litigation for more than 4 years, along with hundreds others, has milked Vestal, of tens of thousands of dollars, and now we have a law suit against us for $1 million. United Health Services is the latest law suit. Our Town attorney, who is supposed to avoid and prevent us from all these law suits, is doing exactly the opposite, promoting them, must be due to an ulterior motive. Now, he is also in charge, with flooding acquisition parcels, the F.E.M.A. money, showing clearly a CONFLICT OF INTEREST.
Last Spring the voters turned down the purchase of another $ THREE QUARTERS million fire truck. Now it will be brought back on Nov/19/2013 for a referendum, not even an election day, Nov/05, which always draws more people to the polls. The Vestal residents, deserve better than that, from our elected officials.
